Getting late because of professional engagements once or twice in two-three months can be adjustable by the nanny but following this practice on regular basis is not ethically good. Here also one thing which needs to be mentioned here that sometimes there are regular meetings in office, at that time it is the responsibility of the parents to let the nanny know about this and offer her some courtesy benefits like making arrangements for dropping her at home or offering her some financial assistance.
