Moreover, as she is almost associated with look after your child there must exist a healthy relationship between both of you because during your absence she is responsible for everything related to your child. Moving ahead, as she spends long hours of her day in your house she also becomes a part of your family, till the time you acquire her services. Asking Her About Personal Needs at Workplace: As you are offered a computer, printer, chair, desk and various amenities that make working in the office easier for you, similarly there are lots of things that your nanny might require for smooth working. This may include napkins, a calendar, a wall-clock, permission for using your kitchen, etc. Being an employer it is your responsibility to arrange for all these items.
  4. Reviewing Her Services: Reviewing the services and offer bonus or hike in the salary at the regular intervals, either after every six months or annually will encourage the nanny to perform her duties more efficiently and affectionately.
