Congratulations on hiring a nanny of your choice to take care of your child while you go out to accomplish your professional responsibilities. 1. Privacy: Every family needs privacy on various matters for instance their financial position, the personal differences between the family members of certain issues, etc. As the nanny will be staying in your house for a long period, there are chances the somehow these matters will be discussed in front of her also. You should make sure that she does not disclose such matters out of the home with others. Here, one thing which needs to be mentioned here, more importantly, is that today going through the excessive use of social media platforms people prefer to share their pictures if you are comfortable with this, then you can ask your nanny to go for it.
2. Inside the house: There are some segments of the house where you will not prefer the nanny to move in. If you have any such room, do let her know in the beginning so that she does not move there. However, while doing this also do tell her the reason so that she does not feel embarrassed.
3. Not using gadgets: Nowadays, mobile phones have emerged as the best entertainers and never let a person feel bore. Going through this reason you can see every person busy in texting or streaming videos or listen to the music of choice throughout the day. This can be risky for your children because if a nanny is busy on her mobile there are chances that your child may do anything such which can be harmful to him. To control any such even, make sure that she does not uses her mobile for such tasks.
4. Driving rules: If your nanny has to drop your child to his school by driving your car, make sure that she carries a valid license and also she has the proper knowledge of dealing with common technical problems so that your child does not suffer in case of an emergency.
